It was not until when I was at the final year of pursuing my law degree at York University that I determined to turn my life around . I wanted to lose weight, I want to stay fit and increase my sense of worth. And, fitness has allowed me to achieve all of these. The knowledge I have accumulated is by working at reputable fitness chains in Toronto and multiple certifications. I have gained the trust from clients, grown my skills and talents in resistance training and nutrition coaching.
